Group Discounts
Part of a group? You can save an additional 10% per person for groups of five (5) or more people! In order to qualify for the special group discount, all participants in a group MUST register simultaneouslyby mail. Additional registrants cannot be added to a group at a later date for the discounted rate. Group discounts are only available for the FULL THREE-DAY DCAC HOUSTON 2009 CONFERENCE and do not apply to any Pre-Conference or Specialty Programs, or to any other events. If you are registering as a group you must SEND in all registrations together at the same time and full payment for ALL registrations must be included.

Absolute Deadline for Registration and Session Selection

Providing that there is still space available, at the very latest, all registration forms and session selection forms must be received before 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009. After this time, the DCAC administrative office will be closed until Wednesday, May 6, 2009. Any forms sent to the DCAC office after Monday April 27, 2009 will not be received until after the conference weekend is over. If you have not sent in your registration and/or session selection form in time to be received by April 27th, your only alternative is to attempt to register “at the door” onsite at the DCAC HOUSTON Registration Booth. In such cases, your session selections will be limited to those sessions that are still open. Assignment of conference session selections will be processed based on registration order.

On Site Registration: Check-In Booth

There will be an information booth open Thursday morning through Sunday morning on the weekend of the conference. All registrants are required to check-in in order to pick up their Welcome Packet, which includes everything needed for all the Pre-Conference and Specialty Programs as well as all the DCAC HOUSTON 2009 Conference itself. We strongly recommend that you arrive as early as possible and allow at least one (1) hour before your seminars begin in order to get to your classes on time.

Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Sunday 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

One-Day Rates
Can't make DCAC Houston for all 3 days?

One day rates for DCAC HOUSTON 2009 will be available after March 25, 2009 on a space available basis. Since session selections are processed by registration order, register early to receive your first choice session selections.

Our One-Day rates for the main conference available April 1 on a space available basis are as follows:

* Friday, May 1 -- $149.00 (up to 10 cecs)
* Saturday, May 2 -- $149.00 (up to 10 cecs)
* Sunday, May 3 -- $119.00 (up to 6 cecs)
