Ticket
Exchanges & Standbys
Attention New Registrants: All of the sessions being presented at DCAC 2008 are
from the world's best educators and presenters. We are confident you will enjoy
and learn from every session, even if it is not your first choice.
As we approach the actual event, the most popular courses will start to sell
out. Please take the time to make your second and third choice of sessions
carefully. You may ultimately get your second or third choice for some of your
sessions if your first choice is no longer available. If you find that you are
dissatisfied with the sessions you receive, please know you will have 2 options
on site to remedy the situation:
TICKET EXCHANGE: You will be able to
exchange/trade sessions tickets at the DCAC registration booth all weekend
to try and get into the classes you really want. There is always a lot of
commotion once the event starts as attendees find new presenters they like
and want to switch into their classes for the rest of the weekend.
STANDBY: We have a policy where
attendees can "stand by" outside a classroom for the first ten minutes of
any course. After 10 minutes has passed and all present ticketed attendees
have entered, the door monitors will allow those "standing by" to get in on
a space available basis.
Thank you for your
patience and understanding in this matter. We look forward to serving you at
DCAC 2008.
